• Make sure you have a clear understanding of each type of fellowship to which you are applying and tailor your essay(s) accordingly.

1. Some application steps only unlock after you have completed previous ones. To preview each step section, visit the Application Overview page.
2. After the completion of step 1, you must complete steps 2 - 4 in order to unlock step 5.
   • From this point on, you must complete each step to unlock the next step in the application.
   • You will be able to go back and edit a step, with the exception of step 1, up until you submit your final application.
3. You may withdraw an application for a program area at any time.
   • To change a second application selection, you must withdraw an application first. Upon withdrawal, you will be given the option to permanently delete that application by clicking "Remove Application." This is required in order to select a different program area.
   • Once removed, you may return to step 4 to select a new program area application.
4. You will be able to print a pdf copy of your application materials once submitted. The print option is available by selecting either step 6, 7, or 8 and located at the top of the page.
