Registration Instructions
Overview: Host agencies/offices that wish to participate in placement must register as a liaison via the STPF online portal. All registrations are reviewed and vetted by the agency's designated STPF Program Manager. Upon approval, liaisons may submit position descriptions for their offices, view applications, schedule interviews, and submit rankings, according to the open periods for those activities. If you a returning user, but your email has changed, please email stpf-placement@aaas.org.
1. Sign-up or reactivate an account at https://fellowshipapp.aaas.org/liaison by clicking "Register Now."
2. On the next screen, you will be asked to enter an email. This should be your host office email address.
- The system will notify you if you have an existing account. If you do, an email will be sent with a link to your existing account profile which you will be prompted to update as needed.
- If this is a new liaison registration, you will be taken directly to a page to fill in your profile.
- If you are unable to locate your office in the profile drop-down (or the office name is incorrect), please notify your STPF Program Manager.
3. Upon submitting your new or returning registration profile, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Your host agency's designated STPF Program Manager will review and approve your registration. You will receive an email notification upon approval. Please allow 1-2 business days for your registration to be approved.
