Position Rankings

To submit position rankings of finalists:
  1. Find the finalist's application you wish to offer this position to in the Available Applications column below.
    • You can filter to applications that you flagged.
    • You can use the search field to locate finalists by first name, last name, application ID, or degree institution.
    • You can filter by scientific discipline
  2. Click and hold on their application label and then drag and drop into the Ranked Applications column.
  3. Reorder the ranking list as desired with your top preference ranked as #1, second preference as #2 and so on. You may rank up to 15 finalists for each position.
  4. If there are any special notes or instructions related to this position offer for STPF Staff, please include them in the comment box. These comments will not be seen by the finalists.
  5. When ready to submit, click the Finalize Rank Order button. If you need to make changes after submitting your rankings, please contact STPF via the Message Center.
    • You can also click Save and continue to make modifications to this position's rankings.
Note: The liaison who submitted the position description must submit the rankings. This step is tied to the position and cannot be transferred to alternate accounts. In the case of multiple positions, you must submit separate ranking lists for each position.
